Submitting log files
Follow this instructions to gather and submit Windows XP client log files
Navigate to the log files directory
Open a Windows Explorer, for example, by double-clicking on the 'My PC' desktop icon, or from the Start -> Programs menu. Once open, navigate to C:\Program Files\wifi.com\Logs.
Selecting log files
Log files are named with the timestamp when they were created. Select the log files of interest, plus the file named 'hook.log'.
Compressing the files
Since plain text log files take a lot of space, once you have the files selected, right click on them, and select the context menu Send to -> Compressed directory. This will create a .zip file with all the selected log files.
