Wireless customers can have a difficult time sorting through all the noise created by the wireless industry from pricing plans to network strength to devices and services. For example, Sprint customers must share the maximum throughput of 3 Mbps per base station radio, which is confusing because if more than five customers are trying to access the network at the same time, they won't get a broadband connection.
