Arrow Philly WiFi - How is it?

I see alot of traffic cruise through the community originating in Philadelphia. I would love to hear about Earthlinks service in Philadelphia.

Are you a subscriber? How has the experience been so far? Would you recommend the service to family member or friend?

Be honest, it wont hurt our feelings. Best to help someone trying to make a decision.

I have read mixed reviews. Spotty service in areas, but the biggest concern for those who are not situated on the ground floor of a building. I am wondering how the signal is inside buildings, do you need a repeater?

I guess I was slightly misinformed. I thought EarthLink was already building out the 135 square miles of Philly prior to the news report I just saw which looks as thought they were actually testing out the downtown portion first.

So, the big question for Philadelphia residents remains, is this service going to fill my needs? Will it replace what I have? Is this the same or better than what I currently have for cheaper?

Ok, that was more than one question...
