I have had a the Linksys wirless 802.11g 4-port router plugged in at home for about a year now. Based upon early (lesser) routers made by Linksys, I have to say I am very impressed with the changes Linksys made and the stability of the router. Furthermore, with the 802.11g signal strength I have been able to get a very strong signal in the house, as well as, get the same strength of signal in many areas outside the house.
Linksys is not the only maker of home-based routers, but I can definitely recommend a model I use in my own home. WRT54G - model number of the router. The setup instructions are very clear and concise, offered with a cd and paper copy of the basic setup. If you purchase this or any other router for your home setup dont hesitate to come here and ask if you are having problems setting it up! Last edited by WiFi.com : 07-17-2006 at 09:36 PM. |

I would like to match that offer. 3 free Linkys routers configured with Silver Lining or you can flash your existing Linkys router for free at http://www.silverliningnetworks.com/site/firmware.html.
