Rural Wifi?
This is an idea - and story - worth reading. There are many dialup users who simply cannot get DSL and cable (broadband) service in thier area. It appears WWC is setting up satellite-based Internet services with a wifi mesh - which will allow for much faster wireless options for people who are not likely to have the infrastructure built-in any time soon.
